Day 1 - Assessing your anxiety 

Today we will unlock whats inside…

 
 

 Start the day with a meditation to unlock everything you are storing inside. You will begin to discover the root of everything that is creating the anxiety in the first place. Please note this may make you feel emotional at first, but in order to find strength we must first target the weakness.

Today we will unlock whats inside…

 

Step 1.

Lie down or sit in a comfortable position with your palms open. This open body language will allow for open access to your higher self. When we open our bodies, we open up the communication between your body and your spirit for higher knowledge.

 

Step 4

It could be a person, something that occurred in your past, a negative pattern that you repeat often… Take your time and notice all the details before moving on with the rest of the scan.

Step 2

Now, starting with the tips of your toes, you are going to scan each part of your body with your mind, (without analyzing) and gently notice any tension you feel as you move upward throughout your legs, torso, arms, all the way to the top of your head.

 

Step 3

Notice any time you get to an area that feels tense, and pause for a moment on that area of your body. Imagine the tense feeling is a blockage of black energy that needs to be released, as you take the time to gently release the energy by taking a healing breath in, and exhaling, you’ll automatically see an image of what exactly caused this blockage in the first place.
