Smart Healing Circuit

A guided 3-step wellness flow you can do up to once per day — created to calm the nervous system, clear emotional buildup, and keep your energy refreshed.

How the circuit works ▸
Every visit, our team guides you through the same 3–4 core stations. That repetition is intentional — it helps retrain the body out of stress, regulate brainwaves, and anchor you in a steadier emotional state.
Red Light / Infrared Therapy ▸
Helps wake up the body at a cellular level — circulation, skin, joints, recovery — so the rest of the circuit lands deeper and the nervous system begins to downshift.
PEMF + Color Therapy Mat ▸
Gently pulls the body out of “go” mode, supports inflammation release, and prepares the energetic and emotional fields for meditation-style work.
Oxygen + Breathwork Station ▸
Concentrated oxygen with guided breath patterns to clear mental noise, regulate mood, and support clients working through anxiety, burnout, or overactivity.
Neurotraining / Brainwave Station ▸
Light-and-sound supported sessions that help the brain release stuck stress patterns and enter calmer, more coherent states — the same states we use in deeper meditation and sound healing.
Post-circuit juice or smoothie ▸
Every time you complete the full circuit, you’ll receive a cold-pressed juice or smoothie from our bar — selected to support detox, mood, or hormone balance that day. This is paired with the circuit experience.
Member sound baths & group sessions ▸
Membership also includes invitations to select group sound bath and meditation gatherings at iChakras. These are scheduled separately, have limited seating, and are designed to deepen the spiritual / energetic side of your practice.
