Curing Anxiety - MINDFULNESS Workshop
Anxiety can crop in anyone’s life at any given moment. These are responses to something that is happening which is stressful, dangerous or threatening.
Your body is telling you that you want to fight off danger and because of this your heart rate can increase, your blood pressure will rise, and stress hormones will kick into high gear. Low self confidence can also increase this.
By using mindfulness exercises you can (and will) lower your stress response. Allowing your body to stay at high stress levels can be extremely dangerous in certain situations.
By using the exercises outlined in this book, you can reduce your stress considerably just by remembering to practice the following guidelines.
In this book we will be going through a 7 day mindfulness practice that includes daily meditation, affirmations, and reflection.
